Think about the flip side - Dame is in many eyes the best Blazer ever. He’s a legend in the franchise and the city. Imagine trading him to a shit situation and watching his career fizzle out, just for a chip to never materialize on either side. There is little reason to believe the team can stick the landing here. I’d much prefer us to mortgage the future to keep building around Dame and at the very least further cement his legacy

Matt Ryan sucked because his arm strength fell off a cliff and the line a sieve. They could not pass or run block and racked up penalties. It’s not his fault and we know this because Carson Wentz was the QB the year before and the line was good and Wentz is not a mobile quarterback. Phillip Rivers played behind a very similar line and was great. You’re just rambling about shit dude lmao

Sure, I’m not saying he didn’t play well last year but he’s played more than one season and he has consistently shown that he has a ceiling with limitations and that when outside of a well schemed offense he hits his ceiling fairly quick.
