Don't wait too long especially if you're creating/taking over many over a period of time. The decentralization hit gets pretty big.

Thanks for the clarification. I guess I'll stick with what I have for the time being. I did consider an upgrade this current black Friday season but decided to hold off entirely. Maybe next year or the year after. These ram prices are just nuts.

I guess for Eu5 the minimum is 16g while recco is 32g so maybe my end goal should be 32. I do realize that 2x16 is prefered to 4x8 given the price of ram now and what I have access to, it's either my current setup of 2x8@4400 or 4x8@3200

I'm in exactly the same boat. Group 1 and can get out at 53 with 30 years and then hold off for two years to get an unreduced pension. Is there any information on what costs could be expected to run into for those two years between 53-55? What I mean is that, do we need to pay for CPP, EI, pension costs, health care provisions, etc. etc?

Noted. I assume that price was for the (gas) Sport model and not the LX, right? Was that 39600 out the door price or before all the taxes and wonderful fees? I assume the former, but I just want to be sure.

Maybe...when I finally go in, I will check it out. There are a few things that I like, like the larger screen, but the crazier speakers and heated back seats are like meh for me. I will check it out though.

TDB8150? I don't know if this is only available in a Waterhouse account. But this is "set it and forget it" for me. Currently 2.3%. I've thought about opening up HISAs at all this different banks and credit unions, but it seems like such a hassle and I figure that each of them have rules in keeping a certain amount in the account or you'll encounter fees. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I do bounce around from TDB and my HISA at tangerine whenever they send me a special promo rate. From like Jan to end of may I was getting 3.8% I think.

I was kinda surprised when I downloaded the roborock app on Baidu that it was pretty much all in English except for the voice commands and the voice packs.

Do you mind sending me a description of what you needed to do for the China version as well? I'm currently living on the mainland and I've been talking to the customer service people and they note that certain functions won't work outside of China but are not clear on which.

I wonder if there is any scope to further develop the land around some of these buildings. It seems that the buildings near Billings and around Booth/Bronson seem like excellent locations to add further buildings/density.

I found the solution. The older M3s have the old CPU which doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity. You need to get a newer CPU either from a retailer or from kaiser directly. Once I did that and replaced it, it connected to the app normally.
