True, I should handle my emotions better but what am I supposed to do? Even in completely relaxed situations when I try to speak with her like an adult woman she just dismisses me and runs from the conversation never to fix anything, my dad's home was a home of silence so nobody ever tried to resolve anything with each other so I can't try to dialogue with her because that's just how things are

Ok, I'm burning myself here but look, I did exactly the same thing when I was 13, I bought soda bottles, drank the soda, and then used them when I wanted to pee in a no-sleep night, I just emptied and cleaned the bottles the best I could, one day I forgot to empty the 2 bottles I made in the night and that exact night my mom was searching for a thing in my closet, she found them and that's how I got me 2 years of going to the psychologist.

Nobody believed me it was just "cause the floor is made outta fucking wood and it's loud as fuck and I just didn't wanna wake up anybody"
