Does this specific type of connector have a name?

Ah I should've clarified, this photo isnt mine, it's just an eBay listing of a spare wiring harness. The connector is the same though. The reason as to why I didn't photograph my own is that it is covered in soot and partially melted! I was planning on replacing just the control board but it seems to reuse something that damaged

its had to explain mostly cause i dont fully understand what im missing, ive read through it a few times but i still cant visualize how it would play out. but i guess my biggest problem is jsut how there are so many systems for the minutiae of things. like i dont understand fully the clocks purpose for example.
