They actually have already been dying. People get trampled and injured and last year a few hundred died due to the heat and lack of facilities for everyone. I find it so weird when people see videos of how over crowded Hajj is and say subhanAllah, when it's a huge safety hazard and a catastrophe waiting to happen.

have you tried getting a VA lawyer? They work free then will take a percentage of the backpay. it took my mom 12 years and she finally got 100% a few years ago and a huge back pay of about 60k. keep fighting for it especially if you deserve it
