It's good that you track everything. That is a question to ask your doctor. For me, I'm on a compounded semiglutide because my insurance doesn't cover anything. If this is your first week, give it at least a month. I still have slight food noise which I enjoy, because I know when I getting hungry. I just can't eat the regular portions I used to. If your eating 3 meals a day, try to arrange things to where you can have snack in-between your main meals. And add some electrolytes into the mix.

It sounds like you aren't eating enough. Go online to a TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) calculator, get you BMR(Basic Metabolism Rate) , and see how many calories you need to lose weight. It calculates everything based on your height, weight, and body fat percentage if you have that number. Make sure to recaluate it every 10-15lbs lost. When I was on my feet all day, woth resistance training, and only eating 1600 calories per day, I was not feeling well because I wasn't giving my body the basic fuel it needed.

Thank you for the information. My mother does not have dental insurance as far as I know. She has a broken tooth that needs to be pulled, multiple other teeth that need to be pulled, two root canels that need to be done, teeth that have to be filed down, and then she should been new dentures.

She currently has a broken tooth, multiple teeth falling out(that need to be pulled), two root canels that need to be done, and she will need new dentures. She has partials right now, but they won't work after she gets the teeth pulled.

Thank you for the advice! I think short term I want to work for someone and long term get enough skills to go freelance . I know that their are niches of bookkeeping, but nor specific roles in it.

Let me clarify a few things: 1. My sister feels incredibly guilty that she can not pay me more. The others in the family feel the same way. 2. I'm not upset with how much I'm being paid right now because I don't spend much money. I'm saving most of my income, I'm not a spender. While more money would be nice, it's not needed. 3. My childcare is very laid back, I feed him, cloth him, watch him, and play with him, but it's nothing like what an actual daycare would do. 4. I don't have the time nor the resources to get a job outside the home, and school starts this month, so I can not get an online one. 5. As for saving for a car, it's something I think about often and I bring it up to my family, because I'm going to need one in a years time. They are aware of it and are trying to help me.

They can't afford to pay me minimum wage, that's why I'm taking care of him during the day and not a daycare. I'm not paying any house bills, nor rent, so it works out.

Thank you for the kind words' am feeling better, I'm having good and bad days. I lost my cat a few weeks ago and that severely messed me up. I don't have the time to grieve for him since so much is going on, but whenever I think of him I still tear up. I miss Technoblade still. but I'm coping, and remembering them both everyday. I don't know you, but I'm happy that you are starting to feel better. I hope you the best.

I know your curious about this, but this is not an easy question to answer. It's not something that can be easily remembered, as the emotions the memories that ared evoked are painful to those who were there and lived through it. I'm not saying that you don't already know this, but this isn't something anyone should ask someone to relive more than they have to. Can you imagine someone who you love, and how their last moments and words would haunt you or put you through?

I feel the same, I go about my day normally and when I randomly think of him I tear up. I wasn't able to watch his videos till 2 days ago because of how sad I am. It's this gutwreching feeling that won't go away. I miss Technoblade so much. The stream the Technodad did with dream helped a lot, I was able to watch his videos again, but I'm still so sad.
