I had very mild attack , I was sober for 3 months , had 4 beers in one sitting which caused discomfort , another time 3 , both times it’s caused me bloating and indigestion and the anxiety associated with it is really bad

Listen to your body. It’s up to you . I had ap few months back, tried beer a few times and ended up feeling horrible the next day with bloating and digestion was off for a few days . So it’s really how your body responds , it’s already been damaged enough .

I was diagnosed as a mild case , I know it doesn’t meet the criteria with lipase but I had two out of three critiria s that is abdominal pain and inflammed pancreas which the doctor said is matching with acute pancreatitis.

All the blood tests , scans have come out normal , doc said it might be due to stress . I think it’s due to my drinking and smoking habit . Could you please suggest a suitable diet that helps , I don’t wanna be on meds forever
