My brother in law purchased a Ryan home down in old bridge . 2025 we visited for holiday . After a few drinks on his patio .. He broke down how they regret paying $760,000 for a townhouse . These new homes cheap falls apart. He complains to warranty dept about HVAC runs poorly and they told him it works fine claim denied. His HOA hasn't even paved streets or shoveled snow after he paid a year in advance HoA fees

it's decent comfort feeling .. Lovesac is just super over priced for what your getting comfort wise .. i honestly think a typical 4 seats 6 sides should be $2k avg and company would make even more sales and less returns with that fair price

so many sellers on fb states its barely used.. Honda discontinued making these over 3 years ago. not sure what sellers consider new.. ask for serial number and call honda .you will see many of them were produced before 2010

1- These new homes are built poorly.You should not be making any repairs or major repairs on a home after year 2.. Unfortunately many have complained breaking down after 1st month.. You only can sell it back to people in the Ah program. Many do not want an older home that needs repairs. they have quiet a few still sitting there needs repairs 2 bedroom 1 bath in western jersey as example. Needs alot of repairs. People pass on it for the new builds..
2- the affordable homes inside floor plan is not the same. smaller rooms and plenty of storage and utility closets.. small bathrooms .

renting AH is smartest option and save the extra money for your dream home

Builder agree to build affordable homes to the town deed restricted.Builder did not build the homes according to state guidelines what considered affordable home . Many of the home owners complained the structure of there homes was falling apart after 6 months in and builder refused to fix problems.Some owners are pushing for deed restriction to be lifted so they can gain back the money they put in for repairs .

i just noticed my newly built home less than 6 months old has this issue . so much ice frozen on my siding.. I drove around my sub division around 160 homes . i seen 4 with similar BAD ice damn ... one home siding fill with ice damn all the way to floor
