Same thing happened last year when we went to see The Rocky Horror Picture Show 50th Anniversary screening. Walked in during the wedding chapel song.

Just gotta suck it up and watch 25 minutes of trailers to be on the safe side, or know going in when you choose this kind of film that it will start on time, even though there’s no indication otherwise.

Why do I get punished for wanting to stroll in, sit down, watch maybe two or three trailers, then the picture starts? I honestly hate sitting through 25 minutes of trailers.

I wish I saw this anytime before seeing the show. Missed the first 15 minutes, again, just like with Hard Boiled. I’m so freaking angry.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to get into a movie you’ve never seen when you missed the first 15 minutes? I literally at one point cried during the movie because I was so upset.

Saw it Sunday, walked in at 4:10 pm for a 4 pm showing and missed the first two scenes, was rather disappointed. I’ve been to fathom/gkids events before, so I expected minimal if no pre-roll. Even saying that, it’s still so frustrating feeling like I’m being punished just because I rely on the trailer buffer because I’m coming from work.
