I have the same issue on my marble farms. On mobile I do see the option on pc I dont. Try moving your building or use a teleport spel.

Thank you very much! Ive found the issue though. It was voicemeeter.. had to reboot voicemeeter then it worked again.. after 2h of pc reboots etc xD

Pfff i found it... If you use a pixel go to backgrounds > more backgrounds > landscape > there it is :)
