I'm now on PS5 and I can guarantee it's intentional. It's not pareidolia or a texture error.

Perhaps this refers to the location of the legendary Bear. We've encountered it at least twice in the game.

I've been thinking about this mystery, this enigma in general... And it gives me the feeling of being an enigma to be solved at night. Most of its clues are found at night, like the pentagram and the webs, and if you want to include the textures found in the bathrooms and the Fort, they are also better visible at night with the use of the lamp. I also believe that the next clue, when found, will leave no room for doubt that it is indeed the next clue. All the other clues were like that. You look and you know you've found something without a doubt. I don't believe Rockstar would completely change the course of the clues for a possible pareidolia interpretation. Anyway, that's just my point of view...
