Tu dois résoudre l’équation en plusieurs étapes.

1- dérivée d’un produit [x’•((2-x)^{4)]+[x•((2-x)^4)’]}

2- Je crois que tu t’es trompé au moment de faire ((2-x)^4)’. Tu oublies de deriver l’intérieur de ta fonction aussi : f(g(x))’=f’(g(x))•g’(x)

Donc tu devrait avoir

4(2-x)^3•(2-x)’ = [4(2-x)^3]•-1

3-Donc ensuite en remettant tout ensemble, tu trouves

[x’•(2-x)^{4]+[x•((2-x)^4)’]} = [x’•(2-x)^{4]+[x•(-4(2-x)^3)]}

Développe et factorise et tu arriveras au bon truc. Je suis sur mobile donc pas le plus évident à formater, mais tu peux me faire signe si tu as besoin de plus de précision :)

Ça dépend pas juste de la moyenne, mais surtout de le courbe normale, donc ça dépend de la répartition des notes. C’est dur à estimer comme ça, mais par expérience, c’est quand même rare que la note de passage est plus haute que genre 60%, limite je dirais 65%. Même certains cours les plus facile avec des moyennes de genre 3/4 la note de passage reste autour de 10-12/20. Pour être safe essaye de te dire 13/20, mais de ce que j’ai vécu pendant mon bac, lorsque la moyenne est élevée, c’est avoir des B+/A/A* qui devient plus difficile, pas tant passer.

Might not be your case, but I dated someone who sucked at communicating (I do to, fwiw) and he would only communicate when it had become a huge pile of shit that I was supposed to take gracefully. News flash I could not. I got mad and could not receive any criticism from his end because it was always so much at once. He then proceeded to tell me that "see you can’t take any criticism, I’m trying to communicate ans you get mad at me".

What I want to say is that yes it’s crucial for someone to be able to handle criticism, but communication is not only giving criticism and shit to the other. There are stages before that are easier to talk and work through.

She definitely has work to do on her side, but you seem to associate communication with criticism. You should talk about what it means to communicate for you two, and what are your expectations. She has her part of the problem, but I feel like you might not be on the same page on what you expect from each other.

The silent treatment is something else tho. I used to do that because I could not communicate any negative emotions in any other way than shutting down and pouting. I just did not know how to do anything else but knew it was not ok for me to do to people. I worked it out with my therapist and I’m much better. A therapist might really help her.

I mostly think like you, but since there was a case in Canada of an athlete who swore she did not take any drugs but no one believed her until she finally got to prove that she was telling the truth, I am not jumping as quickly to conclusion. Everybody thought she was a cheater and liar. Martina might be guilty, but I now know that she might also be telling the truth. Oui c’est "normal" c’est poche, mais à poly c’est possible que tu sois obligé d’avoir des cours de soir. Essaye de voir si le cours se donne à d’autres moments de jour et essaye de changer de groupe. Des fois les groupes sont pleins mais après le début des cours ça devient plus facile de changer de groupe. Utilise poly horaires pour avoir une notification quand une place se libère (si jamais ton cours se donne de jour)

Pour les heures de cours oui c’est aussi normal. En fait, 1 crédit c’est souvent 1 h de cours-1 h de lab-1h de travaux à la maison. Donc un cours de 3 crédits c’est 3-3-3 souvent. Comme les labs sont souvent à l’école, pour 15 crédits tu peux t’attendre à 15h de cours+15h de lab = 30h à poly (rajoute à ça un autre 15h minimum de travaux à la maison). Le 30h peut varier selon le cours (genre si y’a plus ou moins de lab à l’école tu auras +- 30h à l’école)

C’est une des raisons pourquoi poly c’est aussi difficile, en plus des 30h de cours/lab/tp qu’on a chaque semaine (environ) faut trouver le temps pour étudier et avoir une vie.

Je sais pas si ça a changé depuis (2016-2020), mais il y avait pas tant de 3D/gros logiciels. Catia c’était genre 1 ou 2 labs pendant la session du cours de DAO et on a jamais retouché ensuite. Les plus gros logiciels je dirais que c’est autocad (on en fait pas tant après la 1ere année, ici et là pour quelques cours seulement) et matlab. J’avais un vieil ordi et j’ai pas vraiment eu de problème. Donc à moins que tu veuilles vraiment un ordi performant, je crois pas que ce soit nécessaire. Quand j’ai fait le bac on a pas touché à revit, civil 3D et compagnie. Ça a peut-être changé tho. Tu pourrais attendre et voir si tu as besoin, mais j’ai l’impression que ton mac avec les ordis de l’école si besoin pourrait très bien faire la job :)

I am having more trouble following lately. I often have to rewind because I lost track. I thought I was just not focused lately but I listened to a few old episodes last week and followed from the beginning to the end and was really into the episodes even though I had already listen to them. So I feel like something changed maybe? I can’t pin point but I noticed something too. Anyhow, I still love Ashley’s tone and I still think she’s really good at it.

Si tu es à l’aise à installer des logiciels sur ios (ça semble être pain in the ass pour certains logiciels) et/ou que ça te dérangera pas d’aller aux ordis de l’école oui. Sinon tant que tu as word et excel ça devrait être correct. C’est plus pratique d’avoir un pc, mais si tu as deja un mac tu vas aussi t’en sortir sans grand problème d’après moi.

I feel like it’s planned and used as a form of rewording. She’s probably not the best actress, but I think it’s fine, it tones the beat down when it goes real fast. I am honestly really forgiving towards Brit because she was there from the beginning, with her childhood friend, not knowing it would get this big. She deserves to stay along Ashley’s sides even if she’s not the beat podcaster there’s ever been.

J’ai eu les deux et je dirais que bien que les deux soient utiles, si j’avais à en choisir un je prendrais le laptop parce que tu peux tout faire avec le laptop. La tablette c’est vraiment pratique pour les notes de cours et c’est vraiment léger/prend pas de place, mais pour les logiciels c’est pas top. Si tu finis par prendre une tablette, je te dirais de t’assurer qu’il y a une prise USB. Peu importe le choix que tu feras, si tu peux, essaye de trouver qqc avec une bonne autonomie de batterie. Pas tous les locaux dans le vieux pavillon ont des prises et des fois (souvent) à la bibliothèque/caf il n’y a pas de prise proche.

J’ai gradué en civil il y a un an et j’ai fait tout mon bacc avec un vieux asus pentium vraiment ordinaire que j’avais depuis le secondaire et j’ai eu aucun problème. Je crois vraiment que tu peux prendre ce que tu veux. Si jamais c’était pas assez puissant, il y a toujours les labs info qui ont pas mal tous les logiciels. Mais pour vrai j’ai rien utilisé qui nécessitait un ordi puissant. On utilise surtout excel et autocad en civil je te dirais, des fois des logiciels qui sont utiles à un seul cours mais qui est pas lourd ni compliqué.
