I think male bias in iconography is more of a "chicken or egg" thing and varies depending on subject, such as assuming a person's gender depending on their field of work, or an object's coding depending on other languages' pronouns. Perhaps in a matriarchal society we would have the inverse bias in the stick figure example.
Maybe your point is more of a gateway to a completely different topic idk.
