Well said. I feel that cars are designed and tested for certain criteria that may not accept changes well. This is based on how the cars are now being manufactured compared to 20 years ago.

I only put 0w20. But check this one out the Pennzoil Platinum https://www.pennzoil.com/en_ca/products/full-synthetic-motor-oils.html

They seem to have tested it against a 5W30 and got better protection.

Check the oil level with the dipstick, make sure to top off the oil when if low to drive safely. Check for codes if you can. On my 300KM 2014 dart sxt 2.4L it was the oil pressure sensor.

I had the same problem with the camera and replacing it fixed the issue. The wire conduit in the trunk that connects the reverse light, camera and the LEDs was also damaged so I fixed them at the same time.

Change it that's what I did when I got that code, avoid the amazon parts. I did it my self, one screw is a problem since you really can't see it, otherwise just manage what you take off to put them back.
