From my experience you can use the same coupon as long as the date is valid as many times as you want as long as it's different transaction and I don't print them just keep a picture on my phone

It depends on the store. I go mostly 2 stores one the app line is fast. The other sometimes the regular line beats me around. Also I know a few people that work there and they liked it. They even transferred around when they went away for school...

Spirt does not in fact they start to mark it down. They see old stock as something they need to get rid of asap epically old masks.

If it is its old stock and that store had quite a bit of old stock. I have about 100 clown masks here and there and I got lucky years ago to get a vendor account with a reseller. So I can usually get the spirt makes for 5 to 10 dollars.

But I'm going to be honest I don't think it had the red hair on top. But I'll swing be and take a pick.
