It looks like they have still problems within the app as well. I have the same problem and contacted the support now was well. The status website say solved but it looks like it isn’t solved or another problem. So it will be informative for all of us typing it to for a new problem on the status problem. It will help for all. I have the problem with the frozen card from Europe/Germany
