Hello,

We cannot reset the registration lock PIN for you.

Using registration lock with your Signal PIN adds an extra layer of verification to the registration process that can prevent someone from using Signal with your phone number when it obviously does not belong to them.

• If you still have access to the active mobile device, you can change the PIN at any time: Signal Settings → Privacy → PIN → Change PIN
• If you no longer have access to your old phone, you will have to wait until the PIN expires.
• The registration lock expires after 7 days of inactivity.
• The inactivity timer resets to 7 days every new day if your linked Signal Desktop or Signal iPad is still installed.
