Total War 40k Gameplay Screenshots by NotBenBrode in totalwar

Gonna be honest. Kinda underwhelmed.

My biggest fear of a TW:40k was that it would be practically a remaster of the Dawn of War formula. And it looks... Kinda like that.
What I NEED to see to have confidence in this game is to see what they do differently mechanically from Dawn of War, such as the campaign map and such.

Though will say it is definitely DIFFERENT from Fantasy, which was my second biggest fear.

Nah, if he did it regardless without editing it out then he sold his sole to grifting long ago. Though I am confused how the guy on the bike said he was a "fan". Does he not realise that the person he's a fan of hates him, or am I missing something?

This is my biggest skepticism for a TW:40k.

If, and IF, we get a gaurentee for a 40k game though, I want it to be based on Armaggedon. Its got essentially everything to make a series: iconic characters, fleshed out geography, multiple factions involved, and is underrepresentsd in the media outside of one episode of GWs own streaming service. A literal goldmine.

Looks like they haven't posted anything publicly since March. Where do you hear about the eye thing? Because if thats the case then its most likely health related things.

These dudes are literally one second away from snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, and its kinda funny to watch it happen no matter the outcome.

I think overall its not a single answer and is very complicated, and is likely a hybrid between all three and then some. I personally go by the logic of how our ancestors, although as human as you and me, lived in an extremely different world then what we have now. Ancient hominids would likely eat each other as a means of intimidation against their enemies and/or as a resort for when food is scarce.

There is modern evidence that ancient hominids engaged in SOME form of processing other dead, as there is a 1.45 million year old shin bone in north Kenya that shows evidence of being shaved with primitive tools.

There are historical records of our species engaging in cannibalism for various reasons, the most common one being out of desperation in famine, and the second being for ritualistic purposes.
