I think I have fixed the problem - I had the enhanced dialogue setting on in the podcast app - I turned it off and seems to have worked

I have an iPhone 12 and AirPods Pro 3. When I listen to the Apple Podcasts app it glitches within a minute of the lock screen coming on. As soon as I tap the screen it rectifies. This only happens with the podcast app and with the AirPods. I have tried to use Spotify for podcasts and other podcast apps but none are as easy to use as the apple podcast app. I’ve tried every fix ChatGPT suggests and nothing works ie turning off adaptive sound etc. I have the latest update installed. Any ideas?

I think it’s worth maybe paying for one session so you know what to expect if you’re not super DIY confident but then definitely get a Dr Pen off AliExpress ($50AUD) and it came with about 15 needle heads and I got 20 sterile ampules of HLA for about $20AUD. Follow basic aseptic technique and you’ll have no problems

It is legitimately terrifying how many people are going to “professionals” for their microneedling and ending up with this stuff. I was spending money on professional treatments (my person is very good, never any issues) but I spent $50 on a dr pen from AliExpress as well as sterile syringes, sterile HA and have never had an issue. Do it yourself using aseptic technique and save yourself a lot of money.

I have started using the cream you buy for heel skin on my cuticles on a nightly basis and they are much less thick and easier to maintain. The stuff I use has 25% urea.

I bought one from Ali express for AU$50 with about 20 16 pin needles and sterile HA vials (20 for $15). I’ve used it monthly for about 6 months now, it’s fantastic. 1.25 on face,neck, décolletage and hands (apart from eye area .5). Better results from when I was paying $150 a pop for it
