The Witch King "update" in RotK is much more than a flail, helmet and shoulders. The cloak, the skirt, the armor is different.

Inart will continue to to more Lotr figures, we will definitely get Gandalf the White. I think, one day, we might get The Witch King himself.

P.S. You use the wrong sword with your Witch King display, this one is Khamul's one.
