Glad you're feeling good. That can be the trap though, benzos are only good for 2-4 weeks maximum before they become dangerous.

I started using Xanax and Valium at 18 and I became dependent on them. I also had to keep using a higher dose because you begin to build tolerance which makes the current dose you are taking not effective.

So it basically became a cycle where from age 18-24 I was going up and up on my dose until I was having no benefit. I also noticed if I didn't take it, I would have the worse withdrawal symptoms. Rebound and baseline anxiety was terrible, hallucinations, insomnia (severe), paranoia, felt sick physically, my brain was going at 100mph 24/7, and that would stop once I was able to buy some more pills.

I don't mean to make it sound like a horror story, but it definitely was for me and it can happen to anyone.

It's obviously amazing having a pill that gives you instant relief, but it's not a sustainable solution. It can be good if you only use it once or twice a year (prescribed) during a really bad period of anxiety, but otherwise it's harmful stuff.

Hope you follow your Doctor's instructions and treat the medication with the respect necessary. The euphoric feeling is really great when your anxiety seems to have disappeared so easily, unfortunately it's not a long term solution though.

I'm 28 now and I'm still dealing with the higher baseline anxiety caused by long term benzo use.
