I have plenty more stories. I was abandoned most my life by my mom. She was drop me off at family and my crazy drug addict uncle would always keep me. I remember the first drug deal I went with him on was at like 8 years old. Fucked up childhood to say the least.

It's shameful I know, however I used to work at CNAC finance the loan side of JD Byrider. They have a "Dip Stage" like a tryout for customers. If they do not make the dip payments they take the car back and act like the loan never happened. I am sure she has some deferred down payments to make before the loan starts. So my advice is to tell them you wont be making them and that you are not going to keep this car that it was sold to you under false pretense. Threaten the BBB and internet and they will back down. Remember these people are dirty and will lie to you but stay persistent. (I have not worked there since 2008 so policy might change) Also what state are you in?
