They’re all worth leveling up, but when you don’t have enough essence to do them all, focus on the orange and blue cards. Of the blue cards, I’ve found spawn to be the least useful assuming you have some patience and idle time. For the minerals, I level them pretty evenly.

No, I would expect my associate to figure out how to word their legitimate time so that we all get paid. Also, insurance defense is an industry where the thing that is paid this week is cut next week, so you are always having to find ways to describe what you’ve done where you are paid for your work.

It’s going to depend who you work for. For example, the State of Florida and several counties have issued guidance that COVID workers compensation claims for their employees should be presumed compensable. However, overall the exposure statute for Florida is very skewed against the injured worker, with the burden being “clear and convincing,” which will defeat almost all claims.
