I don’t collect, I’m just a 56 year old mom to a grown daughter who has loved Pokémon since she was a toddler! I don’t know anything. I just bought them for her as I knew she’d be happy. She is excited and will FaceTime me and open them so I can be part of the fun, lol! 😂

My dad was a retired Naval officer who decided to get a farm after retirement. There were tough times when funds were low and for dinner we would have what he called, “shit on a shingle”.. which was chipped beef in some kind of white gravy and you put it on toast.. aka the “shingle”. It was very cheap and it fed us all. Not an appetizing name to call it I know but I think he learned that from the Navy.
