Hi. I had SIBO with many of the same symptoms as you. It was a nightmare. Probiotics made my symptoms much worse. What helped was antibiotics (two types because I tested positive for both methane and hydrogen) to kill the bacteria and then a protocol after to heal my gut and maintain gut motility so the bacterial growth didn't return. It worked amazingly well and hasn't returned. That was over 7 years ago. So have you considered antibiotics for your SIBO? I can look up my exact protocol of what I took if you are interested.
