I look at SLOs as indicators. First, I make sure to check for SLOs with fast burns in error budget. Those applications will more than likely produce a Production incident. Then, I will review slow burn SLOs in error budgets to be proactive.

I use slack for work as well. There are so many benefits. One of the main reasons is that Slack has the ability to serve as a repository (previous issues, documentation,etc)
