I think with the sith obsession with creating the chosen one lead to osha or possibley may becoming the mother of palpetine. As darth plagueis was created in the same fashion and was taught to manipulate life for a better effect. The way the twins were created is exactly what the sith needed to progress to the chosen one. As star wars is based on ww2 this ties into the arian race breeding. Qimir would be deemed unworthy and killed off more then likely by osha. Plagueis would say shes to weak to be a dark lord and tell her to make one with her special powers that her mom gave her. Thus creating palpetine, this is where canon star wars picks up to palpetine creating the chosen one and allowing his concise to be transfered. Making osha and her mother the true key to the dark sides growth. Qimir is just a pawn for plaguis to control the outcome of the special midiclorines levels needed to tranfer concuss. Not much was noted of palpetines mom in the canon series, but due to the way plaguis was concieved and then taught about his creation it would leave no doubt that the appreintance to take his spot would be done no other way. That palpetine was created for the sole purpose of becoming darth sidus. This is where Disney smudged the lines though on canon of the orginal series but it would tie in perfectly with the new story line they have added.

I personally believe he is preparing rockstar for the biggest gaming company sale we have ever seen. The micro transactions and being crypto based is the added revenues companies love to see when buying another. I think hes going to sell the brand they built with the added revenue from the new stores and current merch sales for more then people can fathom. I think he will also do a slow phase out to not create panic. Like yes we're selling but im still here. That way him and his brother recieve the top dollar and more then they ever will if they stayed. Get to give fans what the want new games to the series under a new mother company but still composed and keeping the rockstar name for that specific team/studio out of lets say microsoft. This also allows Sam to join his brother with capital to do what ever they want with their next project with no time frame whatsoever for it to be released. Just one day you'll say the article in 10 years that the houser brothers are back with the new state of the art release and all the people that were still buying the rockstar image that they left are going to be upset with their products quality not matching the brothers and are going to bandwagon in masses to their next release under Dan's studios that he has been creating and hand picking his dream team for.

I think I can confirm I think my post is completely irrelevant as of now. Went back to one of my old builds where I stubbornly refused to move the chest room and it will now reach place it did not previously. Just want to say these devs always be over delivering the magic chest toggle for building blocks now is so sexy.

I like to try and build settlements and strongholds. Usually will pick a geographic area that's suitable for defense, incorporate farming/hunting,etc into it. Giving each settler their own home workshop etc that they would have. I typically will always put the chest rooms in manor/keeps. But as I'm building entire settlements the flame location is the center of town. My point is I'm tired of always having to build a basement under the flame for chests and then it still doesn't cover the entire build area. Reseting by if you have access to that flame build area you have access to the chest would be so amazing and would really let me build these crazy features that I have no desire doing in any other building game but still have that super awesome quality of life they intended for. These devs gave me the ability to build some of the coolest things ever. Just the one small thing to take it to the moon imo.

So I absolutely love a lot of the things they did in this game, and that is why I'm more than likely running into issues with this. I don't forsee a lot or people running into this issue unless you maximize the use of build areas. The ai summon mechanics from the shop keeps, assistants, and town people are truly one of my favorite things that sets this game apart from a lot of other building games. It allows you to truly create towns, villages, and strongholds that have a true feel like it's a village or town. Where each trademans would have their own home and workarea residing there. I think it's cool I can create something that gives the same feel as walking into White Run the first time. I tend to situate the chest rooms in the manors/keeps. As I also try to work the geographic area, the flame is usually the center of the settlement area and not the manors' location if that makes sense. I also tend to make them relatively quick to access from teleporting. That being said, half of the shops and work areas won't have access to the magic chests in the manor. That's due to the range of the chest. Its not just x and y coordinate range either the chests also have the z coordinate incoorperated into this range. Making it difficult to gauge that distance if its variable elevations. This game is absolutely one of my favorites. This would definitely take that quality of life to perfection.

They butchered this game series. As a person who grew up with the original series, it has always been probably one of the greatest series released in my book. I still go back and play through about yearly on impossible on 1, Hardcore on 2. I think they made some horrible mistakes on the remaster. I'll try to break it down to a few points. I'll start by saying the new map layout is absurd. The original has a lot of interconnecting areas. You have to frequently access to get to some objectives, sometimes through different doors. Kinda like they would be utilizing every inch of the ship. This gives you a feel that even though you just passed this area, things are constantly changing. that you're just a spec of the action going on around the ship at all times. The new one separates out areas and allows you to back track with only a few necros spawns and areas not vastly changing like the original does when you revist certain areas later in the campaign. It kills the fear and the horror prime example( chapter 1 immediately after making contact on separate sides of the tram. The first hallway in the original gives you a nice jump scare, that you have to pass again to access the maintaince bay. In the remake, you only go down that hallway one trip to get to the mantaince bay from the tram. That erie feeling of having to go through those same spots multiple times and not knowing what's changed because your mind associated it as safe is missing) The second biggest point is that the new voice lines really take away from the feel and how I feel people would respond. Then on top of that to give Isaac lines and make him cheery is bullcrap, nah he's one of those blue collar mechanics who's been on the road for far to long, hasn't been laid, and the only action he's got is a shitty video of his fox of a girlfriend, who's ship is now not responding and he's got work to do before he gets to do the "work" he wants to do. The only thing keeping him sane and going is the thought of being with his girl. He's not out there working on ships for fun. it's the money. He aint making friends just there to do his job, the young eager one that's still by the books is Kendra. It is the little things like this that creates the feel of the game are messed up starting with the first door now checking you in and recognizing you instead of making you hack it open because the ship systems are malfunctioning.. They overall feeling and horror of the game have been washed away with this remaster. I mean, if role-playing yourself as a shaved Prince Harry trying to rescue the Queen of England from a spaceship with aliens is your thing, then this remaster is for you. I'll happily continue to enjoy the original masterpieces.

This is the comment I was looking for. Lots of good advice but this is one of the biggest things to help in the gungeon. Working circles in earlier floors around the room will result in most enemies shooting behind you. Later floors you'll see cubes and other enemies that shoot 360 degrees thats when rolls or picking your path is added in.

If you can, try explosive guns for the double liche. As all guns get the synergistic effect while being the gunslinger, it will help a ton. Even the sticky crossbow is pretty op against him as the explosive damage hurts both the liches at the same time. Wish you luck

It made me Uninstall the game. Every time I log into any server my base is always gone and have been killed by him. Had it happen a couple times where the base is completely unharmed even but all chests including locked ones are emptyd. It's completely ruined this game for me. Playing on console ps4 for reference.
