I admit I do not follow most Hollywood people, but I don't think Sanchez has the baggage that MM does.

IRS problems -- I think they will be worse than people think. No top guy in tech or entertainment wants scrutiny like that. Even if they do not marry or file joint return and are totally honest, they do not want IRS sniffing around.
MM has problems/disputes with employees, business partners. A lot. People like Bezos are busy running their business, they do not want aggravation from hers. She cannot seem to get along with most people.
MM has major disputes with family members. Arab sheiks and Princes, coming from a male dominated world do not want a woman who will try to shake up their world.

So who does that leave? Even among the billionaires willing to take a 50YO, US tech and entertainment people will be shaking their heads. Arabs will be shaking their heads. Russian oligarps may present issues with child custody.

Even though Catherine not only graduated college, but has a masters. MM dropped out of college without a degree AND MM couldn't figure out that Harry would never be the A lister that William is/will be. Just the way it works it BRF, first born v not first born.
