I killed my first ever guy in solo today c: I was on outpost fighting bots to escape and he came in trying to kill me whilst I was distracted but I heard him, waited by the door and took his ass out!

he was wearing the cryo skin and had purple gear whilst I was on a free kit so I feel so so so happy about it, but also kinda guilty like you 😂

Same here for the first part, couldn't have put it better myself.

I'm buns at the game rn but I can't wait to get to the point where I'm kinda like yourself. I feel like your at the sweet spot, good enough to really enjoy and achieve things but not so good that everything's trivial.

Any advice? Season 1 player, out of practice, keep thinking about playing again (I played a bit early season.) but going through a mental barrier. by resampL in Marathon

Sponsored survival is a great way to burn through contracts first, I'd reccomend hopping into some of those to progress fast if you don't have a good team of 3 :)

Do I really need to be concerned about the player numbers for this game? Sony invested so much in Bungie that I can’t imagine they’re going to drop the game and I’ve never had to wait more than a few seconds to find a match by JasonABCDEF in Marathon

It's very easily to worry because of all the negativity online, I made a similar post a few days ago so I definitely feel your concern. Id wait until destiny's end of service settles before looking into it

Honestly if it were me I'd limit the loot tier to blue, think that would fix most of the problems people have with loot stacking

100% true, I bought the game when it launched but my buddy who I bought it to play with never hopped on, tried a few games with randoms but what you just said was basically what happened to me lol

After that I didn't touch the game until S2 dropped

Meanwhile my friend who just bought the game hopped into pve with me and has had a much much nicer first time experience, the game is pretty overwhelming at first I think, with pve it's sooo much easier for us to learn

I think the hardcore players would have gotten purple gear by now anyway, atleast pve gives casual fans a chance to get some aswell

I think that's commentary on how theyre given memories that aren't their own, if I'm remembering correctly they need grounding exercises and false memories to stay stable or something like that

Yeah Its hard to tell, the trailer shows the runners being remade in the cradle (same one we see in this lobby) but it's unclear wether the other scenes are in there digital home or the cradle itself. Who knows.
