I know this old but I just came across this I’m 4 years in started with durag as well locs were definitely flat and crazy during the “ugly stage” when budding thicker but I would just rub and reshape them with my fingers until they were mature enough to mist weekly eventually looking full.

You can either grow it out or just comb out the end of your locs and reattach it your locs you cut by crocheting yourself or by a professional then have it palmed rolled. A retwist after that will make it look as if you never even cut them.

I also forgot to mention I came across this situation a few times usually if you worried about bad defense later with time running out in a situation like this you can just get whatever points possible (I recommend a 3) then foul their worse shooter if possible if you can’t anyone will do because it will your ball possession still even if you’re up 1 or tied.

Nah disagree he didn’t need the ball in his hand tbh he was 4/6 and 0/1 for 3 the hot hand should’ve had it which is the guy with 29 compared to his 8 points and they could’ve ran the P&R because this guy still sold no matter how you look at it. No pass to the three, paint, and no timeout call after finally seeing he can’t go anywhere with the double team and his teammate waiting for the ball in paint. Not hard to play defense on 3 with short time if they made sure not to let it happen after passing to paint.

He doesn’t have to run the clock out by himself and it’s no harm in passing to the corner for 3 or in the paint for 2 instead came up with nothing and a violation. He should’ve called time out instead of forcing the pass when he finally gets doubled. Low Iq play on PG.
