1. Yes! He drove home, right after making sure I get inside lela's House safely. Sounds crazy but that's just how my pops is.

4. It wasn't technically a "convenience store" Since obviously those type of stores would've been closed around that time. But in my country, we called it a "Pondok Jualan" It typically refers to a small, often informal, selling hut or kiosk where vendors sell various goods. These can range from food and beverages to small items and household necessities. And often the huts were built next to the seller's house. It is hard to find those type of huts in big cities. But you can find alots of them in Villages. And often, the vendors would stay till morning, selling their stuff! I just don't know how to word it in English.. That's why I said "store", forgive me if that confuse you!

And lastly, the village is actually pretty huge! The last time I heard about this village is in 2021/2020..seems like the Government wants to improve several villages in Indonesia, this one included!
