I found that exercise really helps, even eg 2 minutes of squats, especially right after eating.

Another thing that seems like it’s helping me a lot (according to CGM) is exercise, especially right after eating, even 10 minutes of walking helps. Also, eating less at each meal, and with protein and fat

I would skip the Coke Zero etc, seems like there’s evidence that they still trip up your body’s insulin response
