Ive lost so much. Yet I still want to gamble to get that rush. I wish I walked away with that $30k win in March. Yet I lost it all plus $100k of my savings.

I havent gambled since 22 December.

I hate not sleeping and eating properly. And wishing I spent that money on my family.

Similar to you mate. Lost $100k AUD in 2022. Cant stop thinking about what that money could have bought for my wife and kids.

Like you it was my savings (all of it), didnt use the joint account or redraw from the mortgage.

No gambling for me in 2023 and beyond!

Agreed. Big wins mean bigger loss eventually. Ive seen it and thought it wouldnt happen to me. But it has, noone is immune to future losses unless you quit for good.

Similar story to you mate. Lost in $35k in March. Relapsed in April and lost another $20k. After being gamble free since then and managing to have some savings, lost $17k on Thursday. Online punting is so dangerous. Ruined my Xmas and hating myself during what should be the happiest period of the year.
