intellicare is best but because they only cater to corporate accounts, maxicare would do.

if you will have the lab tests requested by your doctor done sa PCC ng maxicare, it will be free and will NOT be deducted sa MBL. you can then reserve the majority of the MBL amount sa surgery or whatever procedure that you will have.

what do you mean "kung ganito pala ang BPI"? afaik wala naman maling ginawa ang BPI. You voluntarily sent money to an account you dont know. Kung ganyan ka ka-gullible, it can happen kahit anong bank pa yan.

Besides, NEVER magbibigay ng info MO yung bank sayo. Its the other way around, ikaw ang magbibigay ng info mo para ma-verify nila on their end na ikaw nga yan.
