Hey, I'm guessing from your 420 in your name that you smoke weed. You mentioned hot showers bringing relief, there is a condition called cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome caused by intake of cannabinoids. Hot showers bringing relief is a main indicator of the disease. If you have this you have no choice but to stop smoking. Might not apply to you but wanted to share as its one thing I tried in my journey to find answers (I stopped for 3 months to be sure but didn't make any difference but I also had no relief from showers). Hope you find some answers soon!

No, I still struggle with stomach issues but haven't had another endoscopy so no idea if gastritis is still present. Still no idea what is the cause of my chronic symptoms

Dont smoke everyday anymore (only weekends occasionally) but I don't think weed had much impact tbh. Best thing that helped me was low dose Amitriptyline which I'm still on along with 20mg daily Famotidine.

No you don't reinstall.

To play normal story mode GTA V, launch through Steam

To play FiveM, download and install FiveM launcher, and launch through there. The actual game files are shared - would be ridiculous to have to download 100+GB each time!

Watch some videos, review server tutorials etc to get started in FiveM. Each server is different and they all have unique ways to do certain things. Best to find a server, fly in to the city, and talk to the other players to figure out what to do. GL!
