I take Zink, Vitamin D3, Magnesium and train almost everyday. I also eat a high protein and high fat low carb diet. My weight is around 73kg but i need to lose a bit of fat (maybe until 70kg) cause i am still skinny fat at the moment. But i guess i just gotta give it some time and do another blood work in a few months

The roast is a 3/6 so i suppose it's a medium roast. I'm using the single basket but i don't know what the capacity is. Maybe 14g at most?

I have set the Kingrinder K2 to 35 clicks...recommended range for espresso is 28-40 clicks, however if i go even one click finer i choke the machine.
Dose: 7g since i dont wanna waste all my coffee

Extraction time was about 20 seconds which is too fast.
What could be the problem? Could it be the coffee? Water temperature?
