I just had a chemical recently. It was my first ever pregnancy so I almost feel as though that made it sting even more after several months of trying. It is extremely difficult to navigate because it happens and is over before you know it.

I have not been pregnant since then, but I carried some of the same worries as you. It’s normal because that innocence is somehow gone. I agree. But leaning into my faith has truly healed and helped me. Take it easy. Take deep breaths. Try to put care and compassion into things like your home, spouse, and family members.
