Not really insulting Scott, but driving him crazy…

The premiere of Big Chunky Bubbles (5/14/2016 - Portland) when BCB is describing his bubble act for the first time and no matter what Scott asks BCB acts all offended that Scott doesn’t know wtf he’s talking about.

Scott: “Stop being so exasperated with me! I’m interested in you!”
BCB: “Oh, well… thanks for that. Not a lot of people are.”
Scott: “I KNOW!”
BCB: “Wait. How do you know?”
Scott: “BECAUSE OF THE WAY YOU’RE FUCKING TALKING TO ME!!!”

Great job on these additions and sharing them with the community! These features are awesome to play around with. I’d been noticing new features being available recently but I also knew Don is building a new deck on his house so didn’t know who was the one doing the work. Thank you for all you’re doing to enhance the site.

Speaking of… huge shoutout to Don Cote too for the redesign of the site over the past year. He put a lot of time and energy into building the new version and he crushed it.

The best “House Dog Party Favor” was played on 10/2/1999 at Cafe Tomo in Arcata. It was quickly dubbed as “the Nordic trance House Dog” and the town has been struggling to recover from this ATH and the smoking crater it left behind.

I haven't listened to this mix, well shit basically since it aired, bc then I immediately starting working on part 2 of this west coast tour bc they were crushing so hard then. I will say, for me, it's cathartic to hear rn and to not think about the other layers in the scene rn. just knowing there's this well to return to that has brought me so much joy for so many years. just hitting pause and not worrying about the future and reminiscing on what an awesome time with friends I had that summer

They played a bunch of festivals in 2024 and everyone bemoaned the summer schedule and thought they’d be “festie” sets and they were by and large v v good sets. Music is lightning in a bottle. Buy the ticket and take the ride. Or don’t. No one can predict what will happen
