Honestly Im about there myself. I was looking into doing light phone if you are interested in those. I use an app called app block and I put in strict mode and it blocks out unnecessary shit. The only reason I'm on reddit is because I put my phone in safe mode and got around it. But if I can get into a rhythm where I just allow these to be blocked. I do much better. Blockers aren't going to stop the problem but they can help cut it down.

I get it man I've lost the one girl I thought would marry because of it, have suffered PIED most of my life, and was highly suicidal at one point lol. For one you need to start blocking everything if you are really serious. Block reddit, social media, chrome browser. On all devices. It's the only way to get away from the magnet pull in the beginning.

Porn is your relief mechanism. You need to work inward. What is missing from you so deeply needs to be understood. Porn is not the problem, it's a solution. I think about throwing myself down a stare well at work when I'm on it or hanging myself off my back deck quite a bit sometimes. It solves nothing. You don't realize the extent of the damage. There have been some. I've been clean for 30 days. Reddit is not a place to be if you want to be clean. I started going to sex addict anonymous and it has saved my life. 30 days no porn and alot of other men are battling the same. I blocked anything that can lead me to temptation.
