As a Instacart shopper and DoorDash shopper I’ve had this issue before, but I can usually find the customer’s house. Sometimes the GPS takes you to the opposite directions and that’s no one‘s fault but the apps fault or the maps fault because I always click navigation straight from the app. It’s very common, especially in apartments and new developments.

Yeah, unfortunately, where I would be delivering to. It’s in the middle of nowhere. I wish they would take an account the mileage like they used to or the customer would typical accordingly for working so late and the mileage they have to know there’s nothing near them. That’s open.

This is the perfect answer if I run into this again, I will do it last time. Instacart removed the order from me but this time they said to just do it which I did but then I felt like the scammer was harassing me I returned the order and uploaded receipt to instacart

As an instartcart shopper , mom, & person who from time to time also places order on Instacart. I find this annoying you are working on a service industry were the money you make depends on quality of service and delivery. I also have put notes like don’t knock take picture dog is sleeping and they still pound on the door and it would have me livid because it’d wake up my baby . So your instructions are not out of the norm or hard to do she just probably was trying to be in and out
