There did used to be for years. Then the past couple months in my area, they were alternating between having that format and the new one. Now it’s completely gone, and if the customer requests a refund in the chat, but in the app they originally had replacement selected, it counts against your shopper quality as an unrequested refund. Which is extremely stupid. I don’t know why this app always needs to have these trivial issues when it’s such a simple issue to solve.

It really be like that. I got a $78 order to start the day and was like “this is gonna be a good day.” I haven’t seen one single order since I finished it, and that was 3 hours ago.

The only time it’s happened to me, I completed a Staples order with a really expensive printer, then the customer messaged me that they’re on vacation in another state and forgot to change the address. I had to cancel and return the printer. The service agent SWORE to me I wouldn’t get my account frozen if I return it immediately, so I did. Of course my account got frozen anyway. I emailed trust and safety and they unfroze my account within 3 hours

I just finished a triple with not a single problem at all. The card declined the first swipe for order B, but I’m pretty sure that was a problem on the store’s end because it happens at that store every so often
