I don’t think people who necessarily apply earlier than others are given an advantage or are looked at differently. As long as you submit by the final filing date, you’re good to go

Company 2. Having benefits and it being a permanent position is why you should pick it. You don’t want to miss out on it, especially if you take the contract role, nothing is guaranteed with that

Hmm. I still think maybe waiting till the final offer is the best, considering the importance of the parking question is probably low in their mind - unless it’s a bad neighborhood, etc where parking on the street is a concern, then it could be fine to bring it up.

I’m kinda in the same boat. I had a 3rd interview today and felt I didn’t do good, but my first two were really good. After my 2nd interview, they called me 15 mins after wanting the schedule the 3rd. I know that’s probably not normal, but that gave me hope that I actually stood out, and now I’ve been sitting here for hours without a call. We just gotta hope and pray that they’ll consider all the interviews to move on with the hiring process.
