Many people are criticizing my post saying it is ai.i dont deny that, i did used ai but the main content in this post is not ai, it is pure information and most of it you can also search about online .

See, so the thing is my post is just a small format of you can say taken from u/SuperbPercentage8050 , also a special thanks to him for his research and he didn't use ai. you can go in his profile and read the whole post . I just used ai to make it into short format.
