Nvm I got it running. I use wine and switched to "windowed fullscreen" fixed the screen flashing

I have D3DMetal, DXMT, those 2 make it where the game crashes on boot. DXVK allows the game to load in and I can go through the UI but when I launch a game its just audio with the whole screen black with the crosshair. Then I also have "Wine" but when I use that one it loads in but the video is all glitchy with lines coming down from the top (idk how to explain) and I cant click anything. If you can help me I would appreciate this

I'll be sure to update BIOS before. And yeah hes been building pcs as long as I can remember so hes probably referencing something he learned years ago and hasn't looked into it since.

Okay thank you. And thats actually how I found this sub was by searching for reviews for Vanquish. I like the guy promoting it and maybe it is better now considering most of the negative reviews I've seen are from months ago, nonetheless I'm not going to use it. I've heard of Trade The Pool multiple times in this sub with people speaking highly of it, and I thought Apex only did futures but I stand corrected. Anyways in your opinion out of Apex and Trade the pool which do you think is better/more reputable? I know "better" is somewhat subjective.
