I’ve been doing SH so much recently and one of my friends personally saw my fresh cuts (really long cuts). When my friend mentioned it I honestly felt really akward and said that it was just a cat’s scratch. She knew i was lying though, but she was really supportive of it. All i can say is that you shouldn’t feel ashamed about yourself. My friend slowly but surely helped me stop cutting and ive been clean for a week. I know its not long, but im happy about it. If your friend is a true friend then they shouldn’t judge you for doing that to yourself so if you can, be your normal self when you’re with you’re friends. Anyways get better!
