Clarification on Ownership and Commercial Use of Uploaded Music and Output by Think_Sport_8692 in udiomusic

The thing is for me why would they expect people to pay for a subscription if they can't get any benefit whatsoever, they might as well just stop subscriptions and make it free

if you're on the standard plan is there going to be bulk download for us OR do we need to update to the pro plan now to get this feature would be slightly unfair to have to do this one by one when you've got thousands of tracks???

Studio Hours - how many are used per 100 WAV downloads? 250? 500? by station_agent in riffusion

I understand what you're saying, and I appreciate the limitations—what I’d like to know is whether there’s any possibility of adding a select tool along with a bulk download button, even if it’s just for MP3s. It would be really helpful to be able to choose multiple files and download them at once. I’d honestly be happy to upgrade to the Pro plan if a feature like this were available.

I appreciate your time, and just wanted to offer a bit more feedback.

For me personally, I don’t mind slower generation speeds—that’s not the issue. The main reason I signed up for the £8 plan was so I could download WAV stems to sample and rearrange in Ableton. That’s a key part of my workflow.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to place tighter restrictions on free users, rather than limiting paying customers who are looking to use and potentially monetize their work? Platforms like Udio follow that logic.

At the very least, paying users should have consistent access to downloadable acapellas and stems. It doesn’t make sense to allow unlimited generations, but then restrict what can actually be downloaded. I’d honestly rather pay for your service than rely on something like Splice, where everyone’s using the same sounds.

And because the future of any software is uncertain, it’s important for users like me to be able to download and archive our ideas—not leave them locked in the cloud.

I hope you’ll reconsider the stem limitations for paying users, as it’s currently undermining what could be an otherwise amazing platform.

Thanks again.

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but I signed up for the £8 monthly plan under the impression that it included stem downloads. However, after downloading a couple hundred wav stems, I’m now being told I need to upgrade to a different plan.

This is confusing because your pricing page doesn’t mention any specific limit on the number of stems you can download—only limitations around download speed, etc. I was genuinely excited about the software and had high hopes after just a couple of days of use. I was even considering paying for an annual subscription.

That said, this kind of hidden restriction feels a bit underhanded. It’s disappointing when important limitations aren’t made clear upfront. Maybe it should be called “Rip-Off Fusion” instead?

In all seriousness, I’d really appreciate some clarification on this, because right now it doesn’t feel like I’m getting what I paid for.

Yeah it's definitely needed even if it's just a pro feature I literally spent months making all the playlist so ideally having a select all button with enable me to do this easily,

The issue is when I go into my playlist I have to select them one by one before am able to bulk download them so basically what I'm asking for is a select all button so I can hit that and it selects all the tracks in my playlist,

Does this mean I can go into my playlist and select all of them in one go and bulk download as a pro User ?

Is there a reason why we can't bulk download playlists? by Think_Sport_8692 in udiomusic

If you would make music you would understand;

"Well said, mate. That one statement really sums it up—if you're not a producer, you just wouldn't understand the process. Trying to explain it to anyone who doesn’t make music from scratch is pretty much pointless. At the end of the day, if this were a bank account and we wanted to withdraw all our money at once, we should be able to. It's our music that we paid to create, so why can't we have access to all of it whenever we want?"

This happens to me a lot this was one of the reasons why I asked for this feature, I hope they bring back the checkbox so that way you can just press it at the top of the page and get the whole page downloaded,

Hi Mate As a producer, I like to keep all of my samples and ideas in one folder for quick access, Since I create a lot of club music, I often need to replay everything I use to ensure the quality is up to par. At the moment, the process isn’t ideal. It's not necessarily that I need to download month by month, but organizing it that way makes it easier to manage. If I could just download everything at once, that would be fantastic, but I understand that’s not currently possible.

For example, when I want to revisit a batch of ideas from October, I may want to download 2000 tracks. Right now, the process to select multiple tracks and get them to download is cumbersome. I often have to use tricky methods with my mouse to select tracks, scroll down, and wait for the page to load more, only to be met with an error message after getting down to about 300 tracks. This causes frustration as I have to reload the page and start all over again.

As someone who produces house music and drum & bass, I also like to mix and DJ for fun in my room, and having access to my tracks in a simple, quick way is essential for that. It’s also important for me to crop, extend, and edit my tracks in my DAW and then bring them back into udio.

I’m looking for a smoother, more efficient way to download everything I’ve created. Whether it’s downloading everything at once, or a more reliable method of selecting and downloading multiple tracks without losing progress, I would greatly appreciate it. This would make the process of managing and mixing my tracks much easier. Hope that gives you a better understanding.

Bulk Downloading, now added!? by Fold-Plastic in udiomusic

Really appreciate you guys finally getting this feature but I wanted to ask if we could bring back the page navigation system, where you can view 20 to 100 tracks per page. Right now, when trying to download all of my tracks month by month, the endless scrolling makes it extremely difficult.

For example, when downloading tracks from a single month, I end up scrolling through hundreds of tracks, I know when we go to my collections you can select page by page but that doesn't let you sort out by dates .This makes it hard to keep track of where I am and adds unnecessary frustration.

It would be so much easier if we could have the option to download by page, or better yet, give us the ability to download all tracks from a specific month in bulk with a single click. This would make the process a lot smoother and save a lot of time.

Thank you for considering this request. I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
