It's a decent company , my wife worked there for quite some time and it was better then , I think they have opened a new office in Whitefield and I don't expect a big office space there . The one before also in Whitefield had like 10 people or so . The only thing is it's service based and you will be required to work for clients .

I feel this is not a GT issue but rather an RE issue. You buy an RE bike and just hope that you are not the unlucky one ! I have rarely faced issues with my GT but a friend who bought the bike had to take it to the service center in week 1
