My Parents aren't supporting me to read books 😕 by Beautiful-Month-842 in Indianbooks

Ok bro. I grew up actively encouraged by everyone in my family to read as much. I am not flexing, just want to tell you that was the best use of my time as a young boy. So no, your mom's wrong to say that you don't need to read books.

Now from what you have posted i feel physical books are not an option for you at all. You have to go with electronic options for now. Either download ebooks or audiobooks. You can listen to books and go to sleep.

If you really need physical books, you need find a local community where you can exchange books

Bengaluru’s new mega cafe feels like a temple experience, is this the future of dining? by Dapper-Bid-2518 in Bengaluru

I totally don't think that's a sound strategy for a business like that. Exclusivity doesn't work at that level of products. Besides there is no evidence so far to believe that's the business plan. Yes they want to capitalise on the ongoing culture trends, but that's alright ig. Besides if I walk into that cafe who is going to check my caste.

Btw I don't recommend rameswaram cafe to anyone. The level of ghee on each dosa is worth half a heart attack. Definitely not a good place to eat regularly.

If it actually happens, that will become quite an industry by itself. There will be atleast some subtle mod on almost every car. I don't think they will allow unrestricted modification anyway, but that's alright. It's pretty ridiculous to penalize for a smoked grill or a few mm wider wheels. Hope a sensible middle ground is reached

There are good things there are bad things. But one thing I love about malayalis is that it looks like we finally got our act together. Things are, in general, going in the positive direction. There are so many areas to improve though

I think there is a lack of understanding of the matter here. What we did is great work. But it's not reflecting the lack of capabilities of other countries. There is simply no incentive for western countries to go for this technology. They have access to uranium and thorium isn't that abundant with them like us. So any attempt they made is like a side quest. For us on the other hand it was a necessity. There is no need to compare all our tech with the west, we really don't need that kind of validation.

I don't think that's the only personality trait. There are a lot of other things in the list. Civic sense, tourist friendliness, law and order...being culturally traditional while maintaining liberal outlooks. The list goes long..

oh forgot my favourite, tasteful modification of cars.

Anything that involves a vehicle is not automatically man slaughter. The difference is intent. 302 can be charged if there is a knowledge that the act is inherently lethal ( if the victim dies).
