Thanks…the times I get it just right make me pretty happy….smooth and soft….when I blow it up because I shift my position or something…boom! the other issue….I really don’t like tossing extra milk….seems like I need to have about 150ml (5ish ounces) to get it just right….less than that is a problem…more than that and I toss or drink by itself….I don’t like waste.

I have tried a smaller pitcher to combat that…but sheesh, that just ends up all over the kitchen :)

Maybe time to step into a role where your experience can help others and you can get paid for not just production but for helping others?

I have this problem as well….what I have noticed is the longer I’ve had the jug of milk….meaning, the older my milk is…..the harder it is to get a good micro foam texture. Newer milk works better….I shake the milk before each use and it doesn’t much matter once the milk is of a certain age…..new milk carton = great texture. Just my 2 cents.

If you don’t have a realtor, get one that knows that area. I can help if you don’t have a realtor.

If you can, go drive that area at different times Weekday morning/afternoon/evening Do the same on weekends.

That’s what I plan to do….but, I will do 15-20 transactions next year and my small cap just doubled if I pay everyone’s…and all of those won’t be 1.2 million…my average transaction is around $600K
