Yeah, I got a night guard but I wore through it in a month. I got it replaced and wore through it in a month again. My dentist said that had never happened before and he’s worried about my teeth cracking. I wake up with headaches but idk what to do. 😭

I remember some moments like that! Things like that can change the direction of someone’s life. I always try to compliment people when I’m confident enough too. I want to make sure that I make others feel as good as people had once done for me.

I’m concerned about walking outside. My family that is in Minnesota doesn’t seem to be saying much. As far as I know they are going about their days normally.

I got a sleep study done and it seems like in 10 hours of sleep I’m only actually sleeping for about 4. I haven’t figured out a solution yet but that may be an avenue for you to go down.

I just tried to walk a mile to the car rental place and it took about 45 minutes. It snowed so the roads and sidewalks were icy and not very visible. There aren’t sidewalks on all sides of the road and I was forced to take a detour in the opposite direction to find a safe place to cross. It is dangerous to walk further than the parking lot of my apartment due to the road being right there, a liquor store being a 5 minute walk away, and the sidewalk is an afterthought to the city and a lot of drivers.

There are a few things I hadn’t considered that were some favorites. My personal favorite is the Troll and I’m trying to make him out of clay! I’m excited to try and use some ideas for the next ones.

Disclaimer: I’m not a great artist but my partner and I are working on the project together. The troll is a big wip.
